My Winter Sports training is totally constructed for your needs and skiing ability.  Prepare you muscles for the holiday ahead!

Why do you need to be fit to Ski or Snowboard?

  • 6 hours of skiing a day.
  • Higher altitude means that you will need to be fit and strong.
  • Get the maximum enjoyment from your holiday.
  • Injury on the first day will end your holiday.

Why Me?

I am a trained Austrian Ski Instructor with 6 seasons worth of experience.  I have skied in resorts all over the world and have bought my expertise of Winter Sports and Personal Training to provide you with training that will prepare you for the slopes.

I am also available to accompany you on your holiday to provide you with between 4 and 6 hours of instruction per day.  Please contact me for details.
